L'emplacement, l'orientation et la proximité des commerces. Bien à vous, Luc De Zutter Par contre, en négatif : 2 fauteuils du living abimés, manque de matériel de cuisine : casseroles et poêles. Nous avons dû racheter un service à vin & flutes à cava pour 20€, c'est quand même un appartement pour 6 personnes mais bien que nous soyons 2, mais nous avons reçu des amis résident à Benidorm.. Sur la terrasse uniquement 3 chaises en plastic, les rideaux des 2 chambres déchirés recousus par mon épouse. A ce jour, je n'ai toujours pas reçu ma garantie locative alors qu'a notre départ l'appartement était propre et bien rangé, il pouvait être reloué sans autre intervention. Bien à vous, Luc De Zutter

Emplacement bord de mer, balcon, manque de chaines télévision française. Prévoir pour utiliser les ventilateurs dans les chambres en l'absence de climatisation. A par cela tout était parfait.

Hemos echado de menos una fuente para poder servir las cosas por ejemplo, una ensalada. No habia ninguna fuente para aliñarla ni sacarla a la. esa y hemos tenido que servir todo en platos individuales. Tambien hemos echado de menos una cafetera. Es la primera vez que no hay funetesni cafetera en el piso

Magnifique séjour à Benidorm

On a séjourné en famille dans cet appartement au 9ème étage à la résidence Las Palmeras. L'appartement est très bien localisé bien au centre de Benidorm, tout est à votre disposition tels que: restaurants, pharmacie, coiffeur, Mercadona à quelques pas. La vue du balcon est juste époustouflante. Cependant côté confort c'est pas le top. Literies anciennes faisant du bruits, matelas pas confortables, dans la salle de bain l'eau déborde par terre au moment de la douche.

Las palmeras

Nos gusto el area del edificio, enfrente de la playa, y la mantenencia constante de la limpieza del edificio. Seria muy bueno que provean dos radiadores pequenos que trabajen ,por que algunas noches la temperatura baja, el departamento tenia radiadores portables que no trabajaban.

Apartamento en Las Palmeras

La ubicación y la terraza. Renovar el cuarto de baño, que está muy deteriorado, colocando ducha. Las colchas de las camas están rotas y sería conveniente cambiar algún colchón.
