Location and cleanliness were my first reaction. Nice apartment well equipped . Moved to another apartment because of a leak and it was even better. Benidorm booking were amazing On the second night we had an horrendous water leak from above into our bathroom.

The apartment contained everything we needed. We had internet, heating washing facilities and a nice view. That we had to ask, if needed? for somebody to come to change the towels and the bedding. The water in the shower didnt drain very easy and the hot water only lasted for one person to have a shower.

Position. Close to beach and good local bars/supermarkets Bedroom was very small and you could only access bed from one side. The window in bedroom with no blind meant each time someone entered the landing the bedroom was flooded with light. Sofas in room were old and tatty with cigarette burns. Definitely need replacing. Lack of utensils in the kitchen. No dish drainer, no cereal dishes, no scissors, no colander/strainer. No wine glasses. Only one oven tray. Microwave was pointing backwards which sometimes meant the turntable didn't work. Took over 2 weeks to get security deposit credited back to my bank even though it should have been only a retention.

Agradável mas pode melhorar

Gostamos dos sofás, a vista para a rua e a cozinha estava bem equipada. O quarto e cama é realmente muito pequeno e lá dentro faz falta um ar condicionado , como nós fomos propostos a fazer refeições no alojamento aqui quem for com a mesma ideia tem de prover de tudo praticamente pelo menos logo que já chega.

El apartamento está muy cerca de la playa, de bares, restaurantes, supermercados. El aire acondicionado funciona de maravilla y el menaje es muy completo. La piscina aunque es pequeña, pero cumplía su función. La limpieza del apartamento dejaba un poco que desear. En el baño, la alcachofa de la ducha no se sujetaba y la presión del agua es muy baja.

Location in proximity to the beach. Noisy building work going on in the apartment block and surrounding area. Lack of plug sockets, had to buy our own multi plug extension lead. Double glazing not effective in keeping street noise out.

It was very clean & adequate for our needs the location was good for accessibility. But building work going on over the road near Port Benidorm was very noisy they worked late also Faulty wifi internet didnt work for about a week but was finally fixed also no access to pool
