Spacious and comfortable 2 BHK. Each bedroom is equipped with queen beds.

It has a large living room . The flat gets a lot of natural light and has been decorated with a minimal sensibility.

The flat also comes with a fully equipped kitchen.

Guest access:The whole unit in the building is yours and isn't shared with anyone. You can access all parts of the FLAT.

Facilities:

1. UPS router is provided incase of power outage.
2. Kitchen is equipped with all basic essentials.Breakfast or other meals are not included. Swiggy/Zomato do deliver at the house or you can use the fully furnished kitchen to prepare your own meals.
3. Car parking is available.
4. The property features a lift for convenient access to the house.

Cleaning Charges includes:

Change of bedsheets
Doing laundry
Cleaning dishes
Cleaning bathrooms
Dusting /Sweeping/ Mopping
Clearing the trash in the trash bins
after every check out.

ADDITIONAL PENALTY CHARGES:

Smoking inside the premises will result in penalty of Rs 1500

Cleaning vomits, blood stains and separating wet waste and dry waste (if guest have not separated) incur charges of Rs 1000.
