This is mandatory in hotels and tourist accommodations in Spain. All data is sent directly to the Spanish Security Forces. CLEF Málaga acts only as the online data manager. When you make your reservation, you will receive a link to share with all guests. Each person must complete their registration in 4 simple steps:
1.1 👩💻 Fill in personal information using your ID or passport.
1.2 📸 Take front and back photos of your ID document.
1.3 🤳 For security purposes, guests may take a selfie holding their ID or passport. This image will be automatically deleted once verified.
1.4 ✍️ Sign the registration form and contract.

All CLEF Málaga apartments require compliance with the following rules:
🚬 Smoking is not allowed inside the property. If you smoke outside, please do not throw cigarette butts out the window. Damage to a neighbor’s awning could lead to a claim.
🐶 Pets are not allowed unless expressly authorized. If permission is granted, an additional fee per pet and stay will apply.
🥳 Parties and events are not permitted.

Access to the building and the apartment must always be done with appropriate clothing, dry, and without beach sand on your feet 👚 👕.

Construction noise or external works: The property is located in a building shared with other owners. Unexpected works or noise from neighbors are beyond our control and CLEF Málaga cannot be held responsible.
Linen and laundry: All sheets and towels are professionally washed, dried, and ironed in an industrial laundry, guaranteeing 100% cleanliness and hygiene. High-quality products are used and washed at over 60°C. Please note that certain stains may appear due to chemical reactions between cosmetics (tanning creams, makeup, etc.) and detergents (active oxygen, bleach, etc.).
Reservation modifications: Changes are accepted within the free cancellation period, subject to availability.
