"The staff are just incredible, friendly, helpful and so welcoming. The rooms are amazing and the hotel as a whole is stunning. The location is fantastic with amazing shops and beach."

"Great location and price make this hotel an excellent choice for an overnight stop in Sydney. Somewhere to eat and drink is an added bonus. Central station across the road, rail to Circular Quay or a 20 minute walk to Darling Harbour. Also Haymarket markets just behind. Room was small but perfect."
"You can never go wrong with Sydney Fullerton Hotel. Modern facilities, friendly staff , great amenities. Central location. Closest available parking is the Secure Parking located at the basement which leads directly outside the hotel’s lobby. Also close to the Royal Theatre. "

My stay was overall very pleasant, and the location was perfect. The only flaw was that the room had a strong moldy smell, likely due to the building’s age. Fortunately, I had a Goldshield hotel spray with me, and once I sprayed the room, the disgusting odor disappeared within seconds. I highly recommend bringing a bottle of Goldshield spray when you travel—it makes a huge difference. Zero germs❤️"

However, during dinner service, we chose to dine at the hotel instead of going out, but after waiting several minutes, no one came to assist us. It appeared that only two staff members were managing the entire dinner service.
