"Two wine glasses in competley different sizes, and a bit dirty, the bottle opener had a cork (!) stuck on it (from previous guests), the water heater for the shower didn't always work (when we arrived there werent any hot water at all, only after twice activating it we had some...), some lights didn't really work at all. "I had a lovely stay here, the hotel was great, offering a breathtaking view to the sea of Galilee. All staff were wonderful and welcoming, the lady reception manager was most helpful in providing assistance as I needed a taxi upon my departure/checkout. All other reception staff were wonderful too. Restaurant staff and housekeeping staff were fantastic, very helpful and always had a smile 😁 All other staff members from other departments I had some across were also wonderful too 🙂 I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking to visit for a few days, or maybe longer 👍"

"photos is one, reality is the other. very poor maintantnce. rooms was NOT CLEAN (especially toilet..), there is a large window in the front of the room and the stuff kept coming to this window and see if i am in the room (an hour before regular checkout time) and that was really disturbing. happend at least 3-4 times. "
