The House at Glenbarr

10/10 Excellent

"Very peaceful and quiet. Ideal for exploring the local area."

The Royal Hotel Campbeltown

10/10 Excellent

"Everything was lovely! Room, staff, and breakfast. We arrived late due to a flat tire (watch out for those Scotland back roads 😉) and the staff was superb in welcoming us tired American travelers. Just a few notes if you're a first time world traveler from the US, they didn't offer wash cloths and there were no "flat sheets", only fitted with the duvet. My fault not theirs for realized this is standard in Europe. Hope this helps someone!"

10/10 Excellent

"Wow this place is immaculate! Arrived and received clear instructions how to access the property, was blown away with how clean it was. Beautiful location on the largely overlooked west side of the island, with loads of cool things nearby like the Kings Caves, Cafe Thyme, and only a 15 min walk to the Kinloch Hotel which has a nice bar where you can sit at the window and watch the sunset over the sea. It is the perfect location to base yourself to explore Arran. The chalet has loads of character, is really cosy, and has everything you need to enjoy a family holiday. Dealing with Kris the host was a breeze and you can tell he really takes care of the place. I would definitely recommend here to stay and hope to get time to come back again."

Spacious Barn Conversion on the beautiful Isle of Arran. Scotland in miniature.

A detached cottage with views across to Gigha and the Paps of Jura.

"Shore Cottage is a gorgeous location for a stay in Kintyre. The shore couldn't be any nearer and the sunsets are amazing when you have clear skies. The location is very peaceful and there are a group of seals who are often on the rocks and in the water, which is just lovely. The cottage is full of character and it's cozy and clean. This was our second visit and we would return again if we can."
