Belleville Vacations from ￥372,160

The room was very clean. The bathroom definitely needed a fan because the moisture buildup was significant, and I noticed the water damage was starting to warp the door. The staff was super nice and helpful. We only stayed for the weekend, so we didn't take advantage of the pool or gym but they looked nice. The ice machine was broken in our floor.

Long walk if you planning on attending any concert at the allstate Arena

My water was ice cold at sink and shower. At checkout they said multiple rooms had same complaint and did nothing but apologize. I had to shower with ice cold water due to long trip ahead to china. It was absolutely brutal showing. Then the airport shuttle driver was extremely rude to me. He wouldn't help me put luggage bag in the back of shuttle and again at airport drop-off. My bag was right at 50lbs International travel limit and was ok for me to pull around airport but way to heavy to lift into back of bus . He wouldn't help after asking he just used his foot to kick my back and rudely said that's yours. Will never stay at that hotel or use that chain again. The only thing that was good was the room service from restaurant next to lobby the food was excellent staff was friendly and food was at the room extremely fast. I still can't believe they didn't offer anything at checkout other than a pathetic apology.
