Very clean and beds were comfortable. However the rooms felt cold and sterile with no decore’ or anything to make it feel warm and inviting. Also very noisy as there are no drapes or rugs or anything to dampen the sounds. Also, transportation is only for Universal. The description says free shuttle to “parks” which is misleading. Disappointed in the “grille” as it was only open 1 day and we were there for an entire week. If your looking for a place to just crash at night then It’s fine. If your wanting more of a resort then maybe look elsewhere.

Conrad Hilton and Evermore Resort are a 5 star luxury vacation. Already planning to come back next year.

I loved the feeling of being in nature and the trees and beautiful grass, ponds, lakes on the property. It was such a relaxing experience. The food options were just okay.. I can't really say I loved the food, but it was edible. I just felt like I was on a property, but not necessarily getting a 5 * resort food experience especially for the pricing. The rooms were large and I loved that they had the enclosed patios. The outside of the property looked like it was the part of the property that was taken care of the most, however, the actual hallways and elevators just felt like it needed work to be done a little more consistently during the days/weeks. I also wish there was just a little more smiling faces and warmth from the employees throughout the property. I think it could have just been a little more welcoming. The rooms were comfortable and I would definitely stay here at again depending on the time of the year. The pool and water park closed early everyday we were there due to storms and we were limited to what we could do as a family due to this. Either go to Flip & Flop, the room, or stay near one of the restaurants. Grove Resort - where's the indoor pool???

This place is perfect if you're traveling with your family. Disney Springs is conveniently close, and there are also plenty of shopping centers nearby. The condo exceeded my expectations—it was much bigger than I anticipated and extremely clean. I will definitely stay here again soon!
