"My family and I have an amazing time at this property. We celebrated our daughter's 6th birthday we enjoyed everything his property had to offer. The water park was kid and adult friendly, the foam party and Hula night was amazing. breakfast buffet was worth it. Great place to vacation with your family. Saft was great as well. "

"Very nice staff and people working in the hotel, just a sketchy location with weird people around, but that is to be expected when you stay in the epicenter of a city. We found a bug in our room and they immediately relocated us to another room free of charge which was very nice. Overall a good experience"

"We stayed in one of the two bedroom villas. It actually had a third room with a bed as well (just no door) which was a nice surprise! The villa was incredibly clean, spacious and beautiful! It does have most of what you need but found a couple things could have been added such as a broom to sweep up after dinner etc. (we did call and ask for one, and they did deliver us a broom) and there were no dish cloths. "Stayed for one night post cruise to have a day at SeaWorld with 3 littles. The location was so very convenient to get to SeaWorld. We will park at the park but there is a walkway to SeaWorld from the hotel property. I did not give high ratings because I do think it could have been a little more well kept.
