"On the whole a great hotel, super location and the reception staff were amazing. My only problem was accessibility for a partially disabled elderly mother. The bar was difficult to access and it wasn’t until the last day that one kind member of staff showed her a step free route to her room. The other bar staff did not help and a few clearly were not -disability friendly. So I would recommend the hotel for everything apart from this factor."

However, I was disappointed that there was no air conditioning, even considering it’s a mountain location. In addition, the fact that smoking was allowed left a tobacco smell in the room, which was quite uncomfortable. In short, the setting is wonderful, but these details definitely affected the comfort of the stay. I hope this feedback is taken as constructive, because the place has a lot of potential."

You either need to drive your own car or arrange a car service. For example, the fare from the hotel to Milan is €240. Local buses are very crowded and can be almost impossible to board."
