"i’m not one to write reviews but our experience was so awful at this ‘hotel,’ that i feel compelled. to call this place a hotel is dubious. there was no one to help, billing themselves as fully automated, convenient for them not so much for the customer. there was loud noise late into the night being under a bar, the bed was very uncomfortable and had only a sheet, no extra blankets to be found anywhere. the shades didn’t keep the light or the noise from the street out. we knew we were in trouble when we saw the earplugs on the bedside table. we abandoned our next two paid nights because we didn’t sleep a wink. we were endlessly looped back to the bot olivia when we did try to get someone to talk to us. needless to say, they refused to return our money.
