"This place is super peaceful! The walls must be well insulated because you do not hear the noisy neighbors once inside the unit. Even though the landslide took away part of the patio and the pool was covered over. the place is amazing and well worth the stay with close access to the beach and great surfing. "This property was perfect for our family of three. With a small child we appreciated the upstairs loft hangout, proximity to the beach, and front yard. "The property is dated but the grounds are beautifully kept. Nice pool and hot tub. Very quiet area. We were fortunate to have the 2 bedroom which is basically a house with a 2 car garage. Lots of room. The only downfall is no AC. It was a bit muggy at times. But they do provide plenty of fans for the entire house to circulate air. I will stay again and do recommend. The cup coffee shop across the street is a great little local coffee shop that offers tasty coffee and breakfast...

"A great little place on the beach, few minutes walk to the ocean and 4 minutes walk to Newport Harbour filled with cute shops and lots of food options. The area is quiet and very safe. We really appreciated the quick and easy communication with the property manager. He was kind and very helpful with our questions and concerns ie. We asked where we could find more coffee and he brought a new bag of grounds to our door. A good place for a peaceful get away for singles, couples, or families. "

"Great stay and property to stay close to some things to do in San Clemente. Would stay again. They are undergoing some remodeling this property used to be a best western. They have breakfast and have parking onsite. This can fill up quick. I would say they do need an elevator to second floor. Also the room we stayed in was also nice with updates amenities and jacuzzi bathroom tub. The shower door had some issues would not close. Nice pool and hot tub. "
