"We had a perfect time, the villa was clean, tidy and had everything we could possibly need for our stay. The pool was great. The owners were there to greet us on arrival and were on hand for anything we might need help with, they were super friendly and absolutely lovely to get to know, we have only been home a few hours and I wish I was back there. The area was good, local shops and crystal clear seas and beautiful coves a short drive."

"Leider mussten wir nach 2 Tagen abreisen. Oberhalb unseres Ferienhauses wurde eine Straße o.ä. gebaut. Der Lärm war furchtbar. (Bagger, Steinmeißel, Betonmischer) waren im Einsatz. Eine vorherige Information wäre hilfreich gewesen. Leider konnte uns auch kein Ersatzobjekt von der Agentur angeboten werden.????? Außerdem gab es in der Nähe auch keinen Zugang zum Meer. Wir sind mit Hund gereist. Es gab einen einzigen Zugang durch den Wald und sehr beschwerlich. Hier konnte nur der Hund in Wasser....

"The stay was great, perfect support of our host, house was very clean and the many possibilities for activities (tennis, darts, table soccer) as well as the cooking facilities (barbecue, stone pizza oven) are top! Pool was cleaned twice a week, many terraces around the house to chill in the shade and read. Highly recommended! "

"We stayed in this holiday accommodation for 2 weeks in July 2023 - parents with 2 x grown up sons and a 5 yr old grandson. The accommodation was perfect for our needs. Rooms were very clean, kitchen had excellent pans and plenty of china and the new large TV took an HDMI cable so we were able to watch a couple of English films in the evenings. The pool and outdoor space was wonderful and includes outdoor play swings etc for young children. There is a large choice of pebbly beaches around 35-40...

"It was a very nice house with pool. Just like the pictures. We stayed for 1 week in oktober 2023. The weather was nice with 2 days of rain. We actually make use of the pool. This was still open. The house had everything you need for a nice stay. The owners are very friendly. Even our dog was let to stay in the house (above 24 kg). We make day trips to other city’s. Because Labin is beside the old town not so interesting for us. Thank you to the owner for the nice welcome and stay."

"We chose the Apartment for its relaxed surroundings, as it‘s more quiet than Pula. This comes with the downside of further distances beaches obviously, yet distances to beaches, Pula or Premantura were around 20-30 minutes which is totally fine. The host was very friendly and offered us wine and tipps for activities on several occasions. In conclusion: 10/10, would definetly book again."

The house was perfectly clean as were the surroundings and we found all amenities and equipment you would need for having a lovely and memorable vacation. "We had a beautiful stay in this new house. It has three apartments in one big house which makes it perfect for bigger groups to enjoy a great time whilst also having privacy. There is a great big kitchen on the ground floor which we mostly used. Beautiful garden and pool, very quiet location. Our host Monica was also great and responded immediately if we had questions or needed something. Couldn’t be better!"
