"This is the best 5-star all-inclusive resort we have ever experienced! From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we felt so taken care of and the staff was so kind and attentive. We appreciated the impeccable service from our maxx assistant who helped make reservations and answer any questions we had throughout the day. Our kids loved all the amenities ranging from the kids club, pools, sports options, water park, game room, playgrounds all over the property and countless other activities. Our absolutely favorite part of the resort was the FOOD. Every single thing we ate was delicious, and it is all impressively made in-house. The Azure restaurant buffet is the most amazing buffet we've ever encountered - endless options and so healthy. Fresh-squeezed juices and drinks all day, fresh-made chocolates, popsicles, icecream....anything you can imagine. We were in love with the food. The service was also 5-star. The staff is so accommodating and kind and welcoming. We will definitely return to Maxx Royal for our family vacations! Unmatched luxury and service. "

"This was our first time at a Rixos resort and we were not disappointed! We were upgraded to a legendary suite upon arrival, which was lovely, and meant our children had their own space! They were also given the cutest mini robes and toiletries pouches! Nouf and Soumaya set up a WhatsApp group with us and were so helpful! They were part of our concierge service and it was so easy sending them a message instead of having to call all the time! The food was my only issue! The quality in the buffet restaurant and food court was superb! But my only qualm was the way you book the a la cart restaurants! It meant we didn’t get to try them all. The places are released at 10am and then you almost wait in a queue until you get through to book! This was really disappointing as with little children we needed earlier dinner times which were gone by the time we got through, despite trying from 10am! The staff were hit and miss. Most of them were lovely but some didn’t understand English so it was much harder to explain to them what we wanted! The kids pool / play area was amazing! We could let them run free without worrying as there were life guards- the kids / teens areas were lovely too with softplay / play stations, and activities all day including meet the trolls, face painting and discos! Overall it was a really lovely trip! The resort is easy to navigate the strip of beach was nice. We went to land of legends wishing was also easy with free transfers! I’d go again!!"

"I had booked the presidential suite which indicated that it could accommodate 6 people whereas we were 5. The desk manager told me that the presidential suite was meant for 4 adults and 2 children and therefore I was responsible for paying for 1 more adult. I ended up paying an extra Euros 320 for 1 more adult for 4 nights. On the last night of our stay my daughter (who weighs 70kg) sat on a chair in our bedroom and one of its legs gave way and she fell down. Luckily she didn't hurt herself and since we were getting late for a wedding I did not call the front desk to report this and went to attend the wedding. The next morning at check out I reported the chair incident to front desk who upon instruction from his desk manager insisted on charging us TL 500 for the damage. To avoid missing our flight from the airport, I paid that sum and left in a rental car that had been arranged by the hotel. As we were on our way to Antalya airport, the driver of the cab received a call from the hotel asking him to bring us back to the hotel because there was a major problem. When we arrived back we were told that they had mistakenly charged us only TL 500 thinking it was a plastic chair that broke, but when they found out that it was a wooden chair, the charge was going to be TL 2000 and that is why they had called us back to the hotel. This has been the most horrible experience of my stay in any hotel where we were hijacked from our ride to the airport and were forced to pay the “ransom”."
