Absolutely stunning hotel! We loved everything — from the beautiful surroundings and cozy rooms to the excellent service and wonderful atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and everything was truly perfect. We had an amazing stay and left with nothing but the best memories. Highly recommend this hotel and would happily come back again! ❤️

We had a really wonderful stay at this hotel and honestly enjoyed every moment. A special thank you to Cennet for arranging a room upgrade for us from the very first day. We really appreciated it and it was such a lovely start to our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was always clean and well maintained. Overall, the service was great and everything was even better than we expected. If there is one thing that could be improved, it would be the food. The choices were a little limited, and the buffet was more or less the same every day. It would be nice to have a bit more variety and some changes from day to day. The children’s play area is also very nice and well designed. Most of the staff were lovely, although a few of them seemed a little tired or not very enthusiastic about their work. Apart from these small points, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend the hotel. Overall, everything was excellent, and we would be happy to come back again. A big thank you to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable!

Fantastic hotel. Family corner room was perfect for us and 2 kids. Excellent food in all the restaurants - quality far exceeded our expectations. Beautiful pools and loads to do. Ethno Kiddo was amazing - best kids club we’ve been to with amazing facilities and super flexible. The staff in the kids club were great, with a brilliant activity program.

Everything was literally Amazing! food options were crazy good. Everything is tasty from the buffet to the le carte restaurants. Many options and buffet daily changes the menu. Pools, beach & facility were always clean and well taken care of. Staff , waiters, bartenders are AMAZING, Sinem was our lady and took a good care of us. Many things to do within the property itself. We booked a beach tube and was so fun.

We had a wonderful stay at Ethno Belek. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The pools were beautiful and well maintained, and the clean sandy beach was another highlight. The resort is also extremely kid-friendly, with indoor and outdoor activities, as well as a dedicated children’s pool with water games and slides. Overall, a fantastic resort for families, with excellent facilities, cleanliness, and hospitality. Definitely a 5-star experience and we would happily come back!

Beautiful hotel, but poor service and management When I arrived at the hotel, I was given a room that was not the one I had booked — it was smaller and didn’t have the jacuzzi that was included in my reservation. I also had to wait about one extra hours after the official check-in time, and no one informed me that my booked room was unavailable until I had already checked in and unpacked my things. When I complained, they admitted it was their mistake and promised to fix it after two days, even though my entire stay was only five days. Two days later, they finally moved me to the correct room, but they didn’t transfer my luggage. When I went to the reception, the staff member was rude and insisted that my bags had already been moved. After searching for about two hours, they finally found my luggage and delivered it to my new room — which still wasn’t clean (there were drink stains on the bed and wall). I asked for compensation for the room mistake, at least one extra night, but they refused and only offered one free day access to a paid swimming pool. At the end of my stay, I requested to extend my booking at my own expense, but the hotel quoted me a price almost 40% higher than the actual online rate. I refused and rebooked through Expedia instead.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in diesem Hotel und waren wirklich begeistert! Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das fürsorgliche Personal, alle waren unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Das Essen war hervorragend und die Auswahl sehr vielfältig. Es gab für jeden Geschmack und aus verschiedenen Küchen etwas Passendes. Man merkt, dass hier wirklich bis ins kleinste Detail an alles gedacht wird. Wir haben uns rundum sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! 😊

Atemberaubendes Hotel was keine Wünsche offen lässt. Die Qualität aller Produkte ist unglaublich gut und sehr vielfältig das einfach wirklich für jeden was dabei ist. Das Prinzip mit deren App (Ethos) wo man einfach alles nachsehen kann zwecks Veranstaltungen, Angebote Workshops etc. und einer Assistentin die während dem gesamten Aufenthalt uns begleitet habe ich in keinem anderen Hotel in diesem Gebiet gesehen. Service wird hier deutlich groß geschrieben und auch ausgeführt. Die super großen Liegen überall und Bestellung über den QR Code an die Liege ist sehr praktisch und macht den Urlaub nochmals richtig erholsam. Yoga und Erholung ist hier auch ein sehr wichtiges Thema wozu es sehr viele Möglichkeiten und Angebote gibt die man täglich nutzen kann. Die Auswahl an Markengetränke meist in Glasflaschen ist unfassbar. Ein sehr großes Kidsclub was in diesem Maß nirgendwo anders zu vergleichen ist. Wir bedanken uns sehr bei Zeynep und Cennet für Ihre Hilfe und Unterstützung während unseres Aufenthalt und hoffen auf ein baldiges Wiedersehen.

Die Pools sind klasse angelegt die Betten am Meer extremst bequem das Essen sehr gut kein Sternenniveau, was wir aber auch nicht erwartet haben. Wir würden jederzeit wieder den Aufenthalt in diesem Spitzenhotel wählen.

Hatte mein besten Urlaub den ich je gehabt habe. Alles war perfekt Service,Essen, Zimmer,Pool und Strand einfach nur Herrlich.

Wir waren durchweg zufrieden. Service Top, auch in den Sommerferien bekommt man noch Liegen um 10:00 Uhr ohne zu reservieren.
