"Great apartment, very close to main public transport options which are within a 5 minute walk. It is also close to many restaurants and bars. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. We stayed in the Cinderella suite which is one of their smaller rooms but it was perfect for a couple. Would definitely stay here again. "

Also , on the website ,they say there is daily cleaning (and change of bedding every 3 days written inside the room info) but they didn't clean or change the bedding until the 4th day after we emailed them twice. One of the emails we sent about the lights not working did not get answered . So the room...

**great hotel, does not cater for children

"We booked through hotels.com for 2 adults and a 12 year old. When we arrived, we were told that the hotel does not have rooms that cater for children. We were all expected to sleep in one bed. My 12 year old is 5’9”! There were no other rooms available for the first night of our stay but were offered an additional room for the second night at a cost to us. We had not budgeted for an additional room so we were left with no other choice. If we would have known this prior, we would have booked somewhere else. Hotels.com should not be selling these rooms! "

We had easy access to all the key tourist attractions, including the Old Town Square, Charles Bridge, and Prague Castle, which were just a short walk or quick tram ride away. "Just off the Charles Bridge, away from the hustle and bustle. My two teenagers and I felt very safe and really liked that after a long day of crowds and walking we could come back to the hotel and relax where it was quiet. We were close to two tram stops. The room was very comfortable and quaint. "

"I really enjoyed my time at this hotel. The hotel is clean, tidy, and the staff were friendly. Many food places in the vicinity, local restaurants and fast food too. Easy transport links with tram stop round the corner but you can also walk if need be."
