「Um hotel aparentemente maravilhoso, mas os funcionarios nao sorriem, nao sao cordiais, tudo é cobrado ate a toalha da piscina (hotel spa), o predio precisa de reforma, parece sempre estar de maquiagem para nao demonstrar o que tem por trás. A arrumacao do quarto comeca cedo, mas nunca que chega no seu quarto, o nosso nao foi limpo. Nao gostei.」

「Our stay at Casa da Insua was a dream! The property is just stunning, with the vast gardens, vineyards, a pool, and even sheep grazing! The interior of the castle is its very own museum, with plenty of rooms and halls to explore. Our room was the perfect combination of historic charm and modern hotel luxury. We would recommend doing the wine tasting in one of the historic kitchens with Diogo, who was excellent! Our stay was one to remember.」

「Beautiful hotel in amazing surroundings. Serra de Estrela is absolutely gorgeous! Would love to go back. Their jacuzzi was out of order and their spa pool has only one waterfall working, hence the 4 stars on the condition. Breakfast is quite good. One of our dinners was superb, the second dinner was so so. Service was nice. All in all I would consider staying there again. You can’t beat the location.」

「An older style property, with very good sized, VERY clean rooms and bathrooms, and friendly, helpful staff. Continental breakfast had good selections, and a nice coffee machine for various coffee choices. The only drawback to this hotel is that it lacks showers/handicap accessible bathrooms which makes it difficult for elderly or handicapped guests. 」

「Palace Hotel & Spa Termas de S. Tiago is well worth a visit, the hotel is spacious, clean, comfortable and well run. The breakfast is self service with everything laid on for you and is of a high quality. The spa facilities are good, the pool has powerful jets that massage well and the staff are welcoming. The gym is small but user friendly. Situated just outside the lovely town of Penamacor in this sleepy area of Portugal, you get a real treat of a retreat here. I will come again and highly...

「O que nos levou a agendar esta estadia foi a incrível reabilitação que fizeram das ruínas ao lado do Castelo de Marialva e a junção a uma arquitectura contemporânea que não poderia estar mais bem conseguida. Casas muito originais no interior , espaço social do hotel ao nível de 5 estrelas, com uma decoração que impressiona. Contudo, para este valor de estadia era obrigatório o acesso à piscina e ao SPA estar incluído. Nem mesmo em hotéis de 5 estrelas observamos esta prática que contribuiu para...
