「We loved everything about this place. So much host and then also modern. The people are so nice and supportive. The location is great. Don’t forget to stop in the local restaurant. You will be surprised about the high end food. And the local store has lots of goodies.」

「Staff very friendly and helpful. The room was big and clean. The bed was comfortable though the pillow was lumpy. I slept well with the quiet air conditioning keeping the room cool. Plenty of parking space in front of the hotel. The included breakfast was a nice touch.」

「We stayed in the Royal Suite which was very clean snd spacious with a wonderful large balcony. The swimming pool and outdoor spaces were well maintained and clean. The breakfast was fine, although the hot choices were very limited. The hotel is located about 10 minutes from the centre of Coimbra in a nice quiet area. We would definitely stay here again.」

「Puro Dao is one of my best hotel and spa experiences. To start with the location; It is located in the outskirts of a charming village in the countryside. There is a station 2 minutes away so you don’t need a car to get there. Once you inside you fell relaxed and very welcome by the lovely staff. 「O hotel é maravilhoso, tudo bem novinho. A única coisa que podemos fazer de observação é que a cama é bem baixa, e meus pais que já possuem mais idade tiveram dificuldade. Os atendentes foram os mais atenciosos possíveis.. durante o café da manhã, que é de altíssima qualidade, eles estavam sempre oferecendo algum alimento. O hotel é bem localizado na Serra, mas a “cidade” não tem estrutura para alimentação ou compras noturnas. Então se quiser jantar será no hotel ou precisa voltar para Seia.」

「Great location, We kept it as a base to move south and north. Very nice hotel. Staff were amazing. Breakfast was great, Parking inside the hotel had issues as the beams very close but that is a structural issue how it was made. Liked the hotel over all」

「Nice place in historic town. Room was large, clean, and bed was comfortable. Town is walkable, I walked from the bus stop. The hotel has a restaurant and the breakfast is nice, they set up a taxi service and they were nice. I did use cash in town and for the taxi which was appreciated. Everyone was so nice even though I didn't speak Portuguese.」

「朝食はミニマムだったけど十分だった。ルーフトップからの景色は最高。エクスペディアにケトルがないとクチコミしたら、外出中に部屋の中にケトルが置かれていた。ただ、清掃不要の札をドアにかけておいたので、部屋に誰かに入られる予想をしておらず、少し嫌だった。あと、ケトル自体がすごく汚れていて、使う気がしなかった。ホテル側は親切でしてくれたのかも知れないが、私がいる間にドアをノックするか、少なくとも部屋の前にメッセージなどを添えて清潔なケトルを置いておくなど、もう少し気遣いがあっても良かったのではないかと思う」
