The location is incredibly convenient, especially for shopping, dining, and sightseeing. The lobby was elegant and welcoming, adding to the overall luxurious atmosphere. "This hotel is pretty disappointing. The bathroom towels are grayish. Rooms are cleaned only every other day (but they’ll do daily if you ask). Right when you enter you can already see dust, and the view is a building crane plus a playground. Really surprised!"

"This hotel surpassed my expectations. Although it is an older hotel with older furniture my room was spacious and well designed. I really enjoyed it. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast in the mornings. The staff was very polite and helpful. My only complaint is the size of the ironing board. The size was so small that it should only be used for the clothes of a baby. Aside from that, everything was great. I would definitely choose this hotel again."

"Beautiful large room. Excellent staff in the Horizon Lounge. Great service in Li Bai and the lobby lounge. The international buffet at the Cafe was a bit of a bun fight with the locals, although the food itself was good. "

"Clean room, helpful staff, Bank of Taiwan was just around the corner, no trouble using the wifi on phone. There is an underground mall exit right in front of the hotel (Exit 11) that connects to the blue line MRT, but it doesn't have escalator/elevator. We used it to get around when it rained. Otherwise, we browsed through the surface shops along the way to Exit 14 which has an escalator and elevator. "
