"Great hotel. Was only there for a couple of days so didn’t use any of the self catering aspect of the facilities however these looked complete. I arrived a little later than expected around 2130 and then reception were very helpful. The room was very nice and comfortable with great views over the canal. The bathroom whilst a little small had one of the best hotel showers I’ve ever used. The restaurant and bar downstairs is very nice and the staff down there were excellent too."

But the bed was too soft, and a staff member smoking in the courtyard below sent cigarette smoke drifting up through my window. "The location was nice and quiet but it was extremely hot inside the house due to the hot ouside temperature combined to the big windows that trap the heat. We had to wash many plates and glasses that were stored dirty by the previous renters and not verified by the cleaners. Ants were everywhere on the living room floor and in the kitchen. We left before the end of the stay. "
