Ragazzi alla reception molto gentili e amichevoli.
Colazione un po da rivedere ma per 5€ non si puo certo aspettarsi chissà cosa.
Stanza non male per essere un capsule hotel. Letto comodo e spazioso.
Zona non bellissima ma sicura anche a sera tardi.
Ampio parcheggio e trasporti a soli 10 min di cammino.

the room itself and common areas were clean and well appointed. the staff were short with us. it was impossible to get an uber. this hotel is not near any tourist attractions. it made getting around hard. luckily we had a car. to get to the harbor from here was 25 minutes by car.

The hotel is situated in the shopping mall and just across the road from Utrecht central station and the bus stops. Convenient access for our visit. Eating places nearby. Staff were friendly, efficient and helpful.

The second bathroom on the family room of 5 needed an in depth cleaning; I didn’t address with the hotel. The staff was courteous, hotel was good, great location, beds were a bit hard, but seems to be an European standard.
