「I was greeted with a warm smile. The rooms are nice, and the bed is very comfortable. The restaurant downstairs was very good, but a little expensive. The included breakfast was fantastic. If I’m ever in Andermatt again, I will surely stay there again. 」

「値段が高い！ホリディアパートメントとして滞在した。チェックイン時５時を過ぎていたので駅前にある事務所がしまっており、その裏のホテルのフロントで鍵を受け取らなければならず手間取った。実際に建物がある場所は駅から徒歩１０分以上かかる。英語でのエアコンの使い方の説明がなく、事務所で受けた説明は部屋にあるものと違っていて結局使えなかった。洗濯機は無い。」

「I was really impressed with this place. It looks unassuming but the rooms were spacious and the bathroom really modern and the shower powerful. Exactly what I want from a hotel bathroom. If I were to nitpick, I’d say that because the mattress is memory foam, I sunk in a bit meaning that I could have done with a thinner pillow. The one provided was a bit too thick but that’s a personal preference. 」

「Nous avons été ravie durant notre passage a Varzo. Cette établissement est très bien ! La chambre est légèrement petite. Le petit déjeuner était super, tout est fait mais, un vrai régal ! Pour notre accueil nous avons eu une dame très gentille et très agréable ! Je recommande beaucoup cet établissement !」

「The owners who are mom and son are just the angels of the place. They go an extra mile to make sure you are comfortable and not go hungry. The property is awesome and the bar though small had all the goodies one needs. The Son is a true human being. We reached late and the dining was closed for the night. Even then he made sure that we got something to eat and made some fries and bread with butter and treated us to a very local peach schnapps to top the experience. The Mom is an excellent chef...

「Sehr freundlicher Hotelleiter. Einfache, saubere Zimmer mit allem vorhanden, was nötig ist. Hervorragendes Frühstück; dabei ist der Kaffee besonders hervorzuheben. Mittag- oder Nachtessen kann nicht beurteilt werden, da nicht eingenommen. Umgebung in den Bergen hervorragend. Ruhige Lage, trotz Strassenanbindung - wenig Verkehr, guter Schallschutz (Fenster).」

"総合的に非常に満足しており、ここを選んでよかったと思っています。 ◼︎アクセス駅から真っ直ぐ歩けば着くので分かりやすいです。充実したお土産屋とスーパーが隣接しており大変便利です。チェックイン時にお土産屋のディスカウント券をいただけます。（他のお土産屋と比べても品数が多いので結局ここでほぼお土産も購入）また同時に市内のバスが無料になるチケットもいただきました。 ◼︎アメニティ地下に電子レンジがあるのがとてもよいです。スーパーで買ったレトルト品を温めることができました。部屋にも電子ケトルや紅茶、ドライヤーなど十分なアメニティが揃っています。ちなみにフロントでは無料で飲めるコーヒーマシンがありました。 ◼︎お部屋眺めが大変素晴らしいです。大通りに面していますが、目の前にグリンデルワルトらしい山々がダイナミックに見えて感動しました。バルコニーにイスもありますので、山を眺めながらお酒を飲んだら食事をすることができました。私が泊まった部屋はキャリーケースを２つ広げても十分スペースがありました。部屋も大変清潔感があります。木を基調とした部屋で暖かさも感じます。確か冷房はなく、扇風機が設置してありましたが9月は窓を開ければ十分快適でした。 ◼︎朝食バイキング形式で、どれも美味しいです。特にチーズとハムの種類が豊富でとても充実しています。 ◼︎スタッフの方々チェックイン時にスタッフの方が大変分かりやすく英語をお伝えいただき、私でも理解することができました。また笑顔で接していただき、とても安心感があるのが印象的でした。"
