    "4 nights - staying with elderly mother near Hospital. Room did not have working Air Conditioner and Shower. Complained early next morning and the Staff promised to change room for nights 2-4. Hotel did not make change for 2nd night so we checked out after 2 nights. EXPEDIA AND HOTEL'S CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AWFUL. IT TOOK ME 3 HOURS / 3 PHONE CALLS WITH EXPEDIA TO get barely 1/2 REFUND (which included self servicing keycash points) versus full refund. GOLD MEMBER Trending Towards PLATINUM...."

"We had the best time at Bedford Post Inn. We were upgraded to a King suite since we were celebrating my boyfriend’s birthday and the the team there really went all out to make sure we were comfortable and had a great time. The breakfast and dinner at the Tavern downstairs is so delicious. We cannot wait to come back!!!!"
