I must commend all the team for their exceptional hospitality and assistance, particularly in helping us with our luggage and going the extra mile to upgrade our rooms. However, what truly touched our hearts was the thoughtful gesture made by Leonardo's staff. Upon entering my son's room, we were greeted with a delightful surprise – birthday balloons, confetti, and an array of complimentary treats to celebrate his special day. It was a gesture that left my son overwhelmed with joy and gratitude.
