The room was nice. Very friendly person checking in. I kind of despise the service charge which comes out of your bank unless you say you don’t want to pay it. We didn’t wish for our room cleaning when we were there so our only interactions were check in and check out. I asked if I could reduce the amount to £10 - the girl didn’t seem to happy but credit to the other (maybe senior) member of staff who said of course and also appeared very grateful. Would be better system to have a card machine purely for tips that they have in some coffee shops where on checkout people are free to type in an amount and tap their card. It feels nicer to give from free will.

Very nice staff. Don't use the laundry service - too expensive. Room was warm because you set it yourself.

The hotel was nice and welcomed us and our dog.

Great location on university campus, good sized smart clean rooms

Room was clean an room good size an bathroom was ok too. An staff was great an friendly. Parking is good recomend to book a parking space . An entertainment was excellent.
