Wasn't clean properly and the floors wasn't sweep it was trash and hair on the floor the tub need to be replaced chip and cosmetics wasn't in the best shape need painting hair was around the toilet seat

Property was not clean

We enjoyed our stay everything was great

The rooms and common areas were very clean. The hotel appeared to have been recently renovated. Amenities in the bathroom were very nice. There was a small fridge, microwave, coffee pot, iron, ironing board, and safe in my room. Lots of area to put your belongings - drawers and shelves. Beds were very comfy. The staff was exceptional. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was standard hotel fare, but good. Lots of available parking and my only surprise was having to pay a $5 parking fee. The property is within a mile or so of downtown Farmvile with lots of cute little shops and places to eat. I will definitely stay here again if traveling to this area.

Room 101 beds were clunky, and noisy, making godawful sounds. Bathroom fan is going to burn up a bearing as it makes a horrible screeching noise. You have part of a coffee maker in there but no pot and no coffee. We learned from last time we stayed here to bring our own K cup maker.
