"Very clean, great location. Loved our stay!"

"This property is beautiful and clean. We absolutely loved the neighborhood and taking our pup for walks looking at all the Halloween decorations people have up. The host are easy to work with/communicate with. The host have list of local favorites and I suggest you try the Muddy Goose coffee shop. We had the best time."

"Very convenient for visiting the Air Force Museum."

"Great place for a family! Has EVERYTHING you would need to relax."

"Property owner was communicative and property was as advertised. Living room is not very well-furnished (one pretty ragged couch and a very small corner armchair, no rugs or coffee table, extra seating has to be brought in from the dining room) but the property did have everything we needed. Floors were very dusty."

"Clean and cozy….nice stay overall"

"Great location near downtown"

"Great location and lovely place to stay. Thank you!"

"This is the second time we have stayed at this property, and each time seems to get better. The property has newly installed carpet and upgrades all over the place. It was very comfortable, clean, and conveniently located. We will definitely be staying here again. The host is wonderful as well."

"I'll come back it was a great place to chill for the night"

"Great communication and enjoyed our stay."

"My husband and I were in town for a long weekend watching a tournament at University of Dayton. This home was small but the location was perfect for what we needed, we were very close to campus and also to many of the best restaurants, shopping and nightlife. With the unique layout of the home, having to walk through one bedroom to get to the other, I would not recommend to more than a couple or maybe small family. It worked perfectly for us and we would definitely stay again should we be back...

"Black mold in bathroom shower ceiling. Not enough kitchen utensils and items to cook with. Had to go buy my own including a colander, can opener, cookie sheet, and hot pads. Queen bed is okay to sleep on. King bed frame falling apart at foot of bed. Overall poor lighting in house. "

"The host was very responsive and went out of their way to check up and make sure everything was going smoothly. Rooms were clean and tidy and even had nice folded towels with shampoo and conditioner on the beds!I would 100% stay here next time, and enjoyed the stay!"

"The property is lovely and is in a great location for our purpose of travel. The host is very responsive and wonderful to work with. Thanks for a wonderful stay!"

"Home was as listed. Parking could be an issue given only parking is on street. We were able to find a spot close to the home. Very clean and well appointed. As advertised and would rent again. Thank you!"

"Easy to book which I was happy about however the smell and cleanliness of the house was not up to par hair in the microwave, beds weren't clean nor bedding and we ended up having to leave before time because the kids refused to sleep in the bed even the extra bedding had a a bad smell "
