"Sooooo quiet! Staff was great. I haven’t stayed at a Holiday Inn in years but my daughter kept saying, “This is so nice!” My only recommendation is that Holiday inn needs to get on board with the digital experience for staff tips. There was no way to leave a tip by card for housekeeping or the wait staff (breakfast was included with our room)."

"Staff was very pleasant and the room was decently cleaned. I did have a smoking room and it was very strong. A deeper clean for the room is recommended. Also my keys demagnetized which was frustrating but easily fixed. Air conditioner was decent but I do feel it needs to be upgraded as it didn’t cool the room but it made it comfortable."
