"House was accommodating for 3 small families. Plenty of sitting room, we had a cozy fire in the fire place and played several of boards games provided. About a 20 min drive to the mountain where the kids went snow boarding. Beds were comfortable and clean. "

"Our family spent the week at this nice comfortable home for Fall break. This was our first visit to this area and hope to visit again. The rooms at this quaint chalet were clean and decorated beautifully. The hot tube was clean and was a nice addition after a long day of outdoor activities. It was very thoughtful having extra towels available when using the hot tube. We enjoyed the fire pit sitting around the fire while the young ones ran around in the yard. Because we had young ones, having the use of a washing machine and dryer was a huge plus. The kitchen was stocked pretty good. It would’ve been nice to have a few more extra kitchen hand towels, dish rags and a kitchen sink strainer plug when hand washing dishes. Overall, we give it an A. "

"This house is in a great location between Boyne and Petoskey and Walloon lake is a nice quaint town with a few nice spots less than a mile away.Great house with great amenities. Definitely recommend staying here for any getaway for any season. "

"The Farmhouse was perfect for our stay. The decor is charming and the property is very clean. It is very well equipped and stocked with anything you may need. We enjoyed that it is centrally located between Boyne City and Petosky. Highly recommend for a couples retreat or small family getaway."
