「The property owner was a great communicator. Apartment was very very clean, with high ceilings and really nice BIG remodeled bathroom. A lot of things in walking distance and neighborhood was safe. If you are NOT used to city life, you might feel differently. The property owner fully disclosed this apartment and it’s front door is directly on a busy street and you do get a lot of street noise. There were so many homeless people nearby that I didn't dare go out for a walk. Even worse, they required check-out at 10:00 AM.
