I didn’t like how the breakfast buffet was set up. I had to set my table get my coffee If the tables were set with cutlery and the served coffee and tea it would have been a better experience The staff basically just cleared tables

Beautiful hotel in a great location. My issue is specific to having a small child and a stroller. The accessibility wasn’t great. The property takes up a whole block, but only one entrance is accessible, so we either had to walk around a block (simple for some, but as a solo parent with 2 small kids - this is a nightmare at the end of a long day) or carry a stroller up more than one set of steps (which would not be possible for someone with greater accessibility needs). Additionally, I found the lobby and dining areas really dark and the music to a decibel bordering on night-club. Maybe I’m just getting old?? In any case - it’s a beautiful hotel, very clean and updated. My problems are “first world” problems. But if I’m paying the price this hotel charges, I would choose next time to stay somewhere equally as nice, with adequate lighting and better accessibility.
