"I'm reluctant to say how perfect this rental is for fear it will become so popular that we won't have the opportunity to return. But that's what it is. Perfect! From the cleanliness of the spacious rooms, the views of the sunrises and settings, and the most beautiful beach on LBI to the location in the midst of everything there is to do on a beach vacation, this is the best place we've stayed at over many years of renting on the Jersey Shore. My entire family wants to return again next year!"

House is not new, but very suitable and large enough. Good TV in the LR. Kitchen was well equipped. Loved the outdoor shower after the beach. "The Boulevard is a beautiful hotel! We loved our stay here. The only downs side is when I booked through Hotels.com it said 4pm check in. Luckily we got there right at 4 because their front desk staff leaves at 4pm and doesn’t arrive back until the following morning. The front doors to the hotel lock for this reason, but we were a little worried we could lock ourselves out. "
