This is a tough review for me because there is nothing negative to say. The staff is really great, everywhere is very clean, and there are an abundance of things to do. We stayed in a Villa suite and it was comfortable. I especially like that the bathrooms have real doors and separate door for the toilet. That’s important when you have family staying together.
The pools are small and the slides are best for kiddos under 10. I think it’s super affordable.
The decor is dated and the vibe is super quiet all around so nothing really stands out.
If you’re from out of town, I wouldn’t say it’s the most convenient location, but if you are looking to do a staycation and get out of the city, then it’s great.

What an odd experience; being a guest at an exclusive “country club”.
The staff were kind and helpful but it felt strange to be where everyone knows each other and you are staying in the guest quarters .

For the price ($500+ one night and $350+ the second night), I expected more recently remodeled bathrooms and more comfortable beds. Check-in was easy. Located across the road from UTC mall, so there were lots of places to eat within a couple of blocks. We had rooms with Murphy beds. My 10-year-old granddaughter said it was like sleeping on a rock and crawled in bed with me.
Not a bad hotel—just okay.
