Very bad

When I came to the hotel the door was closed and nobody open it . I saw phone number and call to hotel . Hotel man answered to me that they are full and I can do nothing with that . Not even try to find me some other place to stay ... Yes , they send me e mail that they are full but that was at night so I didn’t see that .

NO HOTEL

This was a HORRIBLE experience. No room heating at all despite the snow outside. For hot water; you have to inform by 2-hours prior to your need to have a shower, otherwise it is with freezing water. Getting out of the hotel; your feet stick deep down in the snow with no snow removal facilities. No WiFi at all.
