This is such a wonderful place! Everything about the property is faultless, the location is perfect to enjoy nature and relax, the food is incredible and the staff could not be more courteous and helpful! Definitely have to return!

Amazing Hotel & Spa ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We came here to do a little business and see our friends in Salzburg. It had a 10 out of 10 rating and it does NOT disappoint. It has a nice little gym, a pool that when empty is a fine lap pool and an outdoor jacuzzi with amazing hiking trails and views of the mountains . I wish we had time to get a massage or other services but too busy and chose the electric bikes instead. You can even bike into the town of Bad Reichenhall which has great shopping (Juhausz!)…. Love this place.

Hier eine optimierte Version der Bewertung: Wir haben drei Tage im Hotel verbracht und waren rundum zufrieden. Das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und ansprechend. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns das konsequente Nachhaltigkeitskonzept des Hauses, das sich in vielen Details widerspiegelt, wie dem Verzicht auf Einmalprodukte und Papier. Das Personal war stets freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Der großzügige Wellnessbereich bot alles, was man für eine erholsame Auszeit benötigt, inklusive einer Vielzahl an Saunen und ausreichend Liegen – selbst in Spitzenzeiten. Das Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen und überzeugte durch Vielfalt und Qualität. Auch das Abendessen war geschmacklich hervorragend und bot eine große Auswahl. Lediglich die Atmosphäre des Restaurants erinnerte etwas an eine Kantine, was jedoch Geschmacksache ist und unsere Bewertung in keiner Weise schmälert. Wir können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Es war sehr schön und uns hat vor allem das ungewiss gefallen. Der Personal hätte besonders an den ersten beiden Tagen zuvorkommender sein können. Das Kuchenbuffet wirkte ziemlich einfach.

Die Umgebung ist sehr schön, das Hotel an sich auch sehr schön. Wir sind Vegetarier und haben Halbpension gebucht. Das Frühstück war mäßig. Das Abendessen war nicht gut , ein täglich, übersäuertes 5-Gängemenü mit Mischungen, die nicht zueinander passen, und Bauchschmerzen waren dann die Folge, sowie Überblähung. Es war nicht anzumerken, dass sich der Koch irgendwelche Mühe gab, andere Gäste wunderten sich auch über eine Kürbissuppe, die zur Hälfte aus Balsamico Bestand. Eine Kellnerin war sehr unfreundlich und Dankeschön für Christina, die einen markanten Unterschied gemacht hat, im Vergleich zum anderen Personal. Wir hatten ein Panorama-Loft gebucht-Im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels der gleichen Sternanzahl war die Ausstattung eher ausreichend - zum Beispiel wurde die Flasche Wasser morgens, oder die verbrauchten Tees und Kaffeebeutel nicht erneuert und neu bestückt; kein Bügeleisen; keine getrennten Sets an Bademäntel und Schlappen für Wellnessbereich und Hotelbereich bereitgestellt. Auf dem Balkon haben wir ein leeres unaufgeräumtes Bierglas im Sessel gefunden, ich hätte mich fast draufgesetzt.

Freundliches Hotel mit tollen Mitarbeitern

Gute Atmosphäre und sehr freundliches Hotelpersonal. Frühstücksbuffet war hervorragend. Abendessen war sehr gut. Bei Laktoseintoleranz gab es immer eine Alternative, auf Wunsch wurde wenn möglich sogar spontan etwas hergezaubert. Das alles ohne Aufpreis, wirklich sehr Gastfreundlich.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Das perfekte Hotel für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Das Personal war trotz der coronabedingt schwierigen Arbeitsbedingungen stets freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Ein Hotel im die Seele baumeln zu lassen

Wir waren 3 Nächte und 3 Tage im Klosterhof und waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel. Das Personal versucht sein bestes um jeglichen Wunsch zu erfüllen. Das Essen ist ein Erlebnis. Idylle pur.
