Good place to stay for a couple of days, the only thing I recommend is to go somewhere else for breakfast!

We did not eat nor drink there. The room was clean and great staff. Great location for Times Square and Broadway.

Stayed here during April break for a trip with 3 adults and one child. Starting with the positive: the location is great. It was very accessible for the sight seeing we wanted to do in the city. The staff were friendly, helpful and quick with bag holding, check in and check out. The elevator was also very fast. Our room was surprisingly large (2 queen beds) and the beds were firm, but comfortable after a long day of walking. The bedding was fresh and clean. The room was also a good temp. The negatives: there is WEAR on this property. The chairs in the lobby and our room were worn and had stains. The floor was lumpy in our room. The shower curtain had stains on it. There was some paint chipping on the windows. Speaking of the windows: these were not insulated glass to block noise. There was construction all night long: jackhammering, loud banging, grinding literally the entire night long. Only my child was able to sleep and that’s because she’d walked 20,000 steps that day. None of the adults got much sleep. To be fair- this hotel was fairly inexpensive and we were only there for one night. The hotel also can’t control exterior noise. So it was fine: 2 stars and a middle of the road ranking feels fair to me.

The bathroom layout was awkward—it required closing the door just to access the sink. The closet door wouldn’t stay open and kept swinging shut while I was changing. The TV was noticeably dusty, and while minibar snacks weren’t replaced after being eaten, some tasted old and stale. The window panels had tape annd appeared damaged, as if they had been broken previously, and several of the window shades were not functioning properly or wouldn’t close at all. That said, the bed was comfortable, and the rest of the room and bathroom were clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating, which I appreciated. I also liked the added security of needing a key card to access the elevator, and the smart TV was a nice feature. However, getting to the hotel was extremely frustrating due to ongoing construction. One-way traffic and constant road closures made parking very difficult, often taking hours to figure out a route. The parking validation was a nice touch, though. One night, the crowd in the hotel felt a bit off, which impacted the overall experience. Considering the price I paid, I expected the room to be immaculate. Overall, I don’t believe this hotel should be rated as “wonderful” on Expedia, and I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

It was amazing, the view was great and my cleaning staff for the duration of my stay was so nice and kind. Everyone was! Shoutout to the hotel, I'll definitely be back if plans work out!
