"This hotel is located in a quiet area south of the City It is ideally located for the Ubhan to the city. There is construction being undertaken nearby but this is only during the day. There is an underground car park. The online check in and check out were easy. My room was a single business room which was comfortable and clean with windows and air conditioning. The bathroom was light and spacious. It had plenty of storage and a desk. Breakfast represented excellent value for money. Everything was fresh and tasty. This Hotel has great eco values. My only suggestion for improvement would be a coating on the shower base or a shower mat to prevent slipping. The base was long. There wasn’t a rail to get hold of when I did my impression of Bambi as I was leaving the shower."

"We had a great stay! We were here for 6 nights over Christmas and this place was perfect for our needs. Andreas was great as a host and proactively communicated about check-in, etc (he also helped us learn how to say Merry Christmas in German!). It’s in a quiet neighborhood but still easy access to lots of conveniences - there was plenty of nearby free parking (half a block away), the U Bahn station was a quick 20 min walk (I think there were bus stops closer but it was so easy to walk to the U Bahn for a straight shot to all the sites we wanted to see - including Marienplatz and Olympic Park/BMW museum - all were within the central M zone and on the same U Bahn line). There’s also a Lidl grocery store a 15 min walk (or short drive) away. The house was comfortable and well equipped. We would definitely stay here again! "
