Relaxing stay in Munich

Fantastic welcoming by the manager. Very nice room with windows on the garden and street. We will come back to this hotel very soon. Well placed in the vicinity of biergarten, Catholic church and highway.

Sauberes Zimmer, freundlich, unkompliziert, ParkplĂ€tze vor dem Haus oder in der Tiefgarage im Preis enthalten, FrĂŒhstĂŒck im Preis enthalten, sehr gute Möglichkeiten ganz in der NĂ€he Essen zu gehen, fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar innerhalb 5 bis 10 Minuten. Schnell wieder auf der Autobahn zurĂŒck, oder auch sehr nah die S-Bahn in die Innenstadt von MĂŒnchen . WĂŒrde wieder dort buchen, wenn ich on der NĂ€he eine Übernachtung suche.

Overall, this is a good hotel. The rooms are nice and clean, the bed was comfy, and the hotel was quiet. The building feels safe and secure, and the after hours check in system worked well. The hotel is good for a stay outside of Munich. It is an approximately 10-15 minute walk from a train station that can get you into Munich in about a half an hour. Overall, this place is a good value! There are a few things that I would mention. There isn't a lot around the hotel in terms of restaurants, stores etc. and there isn't a fridge in the room though, so keep that in mind if you are hoping to bring food back. The housekeeping staff also seemingly refused to give me a second towel for the shower despite requesting one several days in a row. I even left a note in both German and English requesting this and was denied. I found that a bit odd. I'm not sure if it is part of their eco focus or what, but a guest should be allowed a second towel.

Friendly and clean

The hotel was very clean, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was only €10 per person and they had free parking which is important in Germany. The hotel was located about 15 minutes from downtown Munich. It was a very good base for us with the activities that we had planned.

Schade, wie hier mit GĂ€sten umgegangen wird!

Ich reiste nach 22 Uhr an und bekam einen Code fĂŒr den TĂŒr Safe. Leider öffnete sich das Fach nicht, sodass ich mitten in der Nacht, nach hause fahren musste! Ich habe dort schon öfter ĂŒbernachtet und kannte das Prinzip mit dem TĂŒr Safe. Bislang hat es immer funktioniert. 2 GĂ€ste des Hotels standen noch draußen und hĂ€tten mir gerne geholfen, aber es ging nicht. Eine Notfallnummer stand nicht in der Mail. Wie ich beim heutigen Telefonat mit dem Hotel erfuhr, steht die wohl an der EingangtĂŒr. Diese hatte die GĂ€ste allerdings ganz weit aufgemacht, sodass ich die nicht sehen konnte. Obwohl die GĂ€ste meine Situation bestĂ€tigt haben, bekomme ich weder mein Geld, noch eine Gutschrift vom Hotel. Es ist sehr enttĂ€uschend, wie hier, sogar mit StammgĂ€sten umgegangen wird! Mich sieht man dort NIE wieder!

Oktoberfest stay

location was good, few restaurants/ bars in walking distance, close to metro (about a 10-15 min walk). Bed wasn't too comfortable, slightly hard for our preference. Our room the bed was placed under the dormer so had to watch your head often. Breakfast was included in our reservation + was very good, hot + cold options. Spent 4 nights here to attend Oktoberfest , about a 20 min train ride( depending on time of day.

El hotel es muy agradable, pequeño y bonito, el costo es muy atractivo y el estacionamiento incluido nos vino genial, decidimos dejar el coche y movernos en metro para evitar mas problema en el centro de la ciudad, la estacion del metro no estå tan cerca pero caminas y las calles son agradables
