The HOUSE and the APARTMENT:
Our apartment with upscale equipment for up to 14 people consists of an entrance area with a large windscreen and. separate toilet, wardrobe, 3 bedrooms, kitchen with 8 dining places and a large living room with open fireplace, dining table for 10 people, , Satellite TV / DVD.
In the basement there are also 2 double rooms, each with a separate bathroom and terrace exit, and a kitchenette.
Located in an absolutely quiet south-facing slope with a terrace / patio and heating.-Grillkamin and fire bowl, the house offers you a carefree and relaxing holiday in a beautiful, wooded area with a view of the nearby Rothaar Mountains and the Eder Valley - or just a rest followed by a short holiday.

sehr schönes Haus mit ausreichend Platz

Das Haus bietet ausreichend Platz für viele Gäste.Die Küche ist klein aber gut ausgestattet.Es gibt genügend Badezimmer und der Garten mit Terasse ist klasse.Herr Kraus ist sehr zuvorkommend und geht auf die Bedürfnisse seiner Gäste ein.Vielen Dank für das schöne lange Wochenende in Ihrem Haus!

Wandern rund um Ferienhaus Herta

Wir waren mit 7 Mann in Dodenau zum Wandern. Nicht nur das Wetter und die Wanderstrecken waren perfekt dafür, sondern auch das Ferienhaus, das geräumig, sauber und gut ausgestattet ist. Es ist nicht selbstverständlich, dass nahezu alles in Küche und Bädern vorhanden und in sehr gutem Zustand ist. Also etwa scharfe Messer und gescheite Töpfe in der Küche, alle wichtigen Küchengeräte, Spülmaschinen-Tabs, Geschirrtücher, Zewa, Toiletten-Papier etc. Ebenso wenig waren die Matratzen durchgelegen. Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Lage und es war praktisch kein Verkehrslärm vorhanden. Und ja, auch der Vermieter war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Also klare Empfehlung.

Großzügige Ferienwohnung

Familienurlaub ( 6 Erwachsene 4 Kinder (2bis 8 J.)) Wir haben die 5 Schlafzimmer, 3 Badezimmer mit WC und den großen Wohnraum genossen. Schöne Umgebung mit vielen Möglichkeiten der Freizeitgestaltung. Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Schönes Haus für Familientreffen

Wir haben ein verlängertes Wochenende mit 9 Erwachsenen und einem Säugling im Haus Herta verbracht. Die Ausstattung war top, es gibt genug Platz und die drei Bäder plus Toilette sind sehr komfortabel. In direkter Nähe gibt es einen Nahkauf und man ist direkt in der Natur. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Schöner Aufenthalt!

Wir hatten einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt mit der Großfamilie. Wir hatten Kinder im Alter von 0-6 Jahren dabei, aber durch die Aufteilung der Zimmer hatten alle genug Platz. Die Terrasse und das Trampolin waren insbesondere für den Vierjährigen und die Sechsjährige natürlich ein Highlight. Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet für viele Personen mit großen Töpfen. Wir kommen gerne nochmal wieder!

wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 8 Leuten im schönes Haus Herta. Es war für uns eine perfekte Unterkunft. Platz für die Motorräder vor der Garage. Genügend Platz im Haus. Eine schöne Terasse zum verweilen und Grillen nach den Motorrad Touren des Tages. Komplett ausgestattete Küche und ein bestens aufgelegter, zuvorkomender freunlicher Gastgeber. ein wunderschöner Familienurlaub

Wir haben eine schöne Woche mit der ganzen Familie (4 Generationen) in dem gut ausgestatteten Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Zimmer waren perfekt. Es war wirklich alles vorhanden, mehr wie in manch anderen Feriendomizilen. De Betten waren super - wir haben alle gut geschlafen. Da das Wetter mitgespielt hat, konnten wir auch den Grill öfter benutzen. Vielen Dank an die netten Hausherren - wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolles Haus

Wir waren als Großfamilie mit 9 Erwachsenen und 2 Kleinkindern dort, als Tagesgäste war noch eine Familie mit 3 Kleinkindern dabei. Das Haus ist groß und gut isoliert, die 2 Küchen mit 2 Kühlschränken und 2x Herd/Backofen war von Vorteil. Draußen konnte man gut - auch überdacht - sitzen, das Trampolin war der Hit! Vermieter sehr freundlich und Kontakt sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Sogar ein Glas selbstgemachte Marmelade begrüsste uns zu Beginn. Einen schönen Spielplatz gibt's 200 m entfernt und ein Nahkauf auch ca. 200 m. Klare Empfehlung.

Perfekte Location für uns...

und für alle die Platz brauchen und die Natur lieben. Der Gastgeber hat vor Ort alles erklärt und Sideinfos zum Entdecken der Umgebung geben. Alle, Hund und Mensch haben dich im Haus wohl gefühlt und es hat an nicht nichts gemangelt. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder 😃

Familienurlaub

Sehr großes, geräumiges Haus mit Garten und viel Platz für viele Personen. Herr Kraus hat uns persönlich empfangen und uns durch das Haus geführt. Die Aufteilung der Schlafzimmer, inklusive der Bäder war für uns perfekt. Die Betten waren bequem. Im Wohnzimmer und am großen Esstisch hatten alle Platz zum Verweilen. Besonders der Kamin sorgte für eine gemütliche Stimmung am Abend. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet mit reichlich Geschirr und großen Töpfen. Somit war Kochen für viele Personen kein Problem. Wir haben uns alle im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt.
