Room with queen size bed was very small, hardly any room to put suitcases much less walk around the room. hotel had no washcloths on property. We had to purchase washcloths from a local store to be able to take a shower. We asked for several days and was informed by staff that there was non on property. No washcloths is very unacceptable. There is no room service provided at this location. Very disappointed, we booked this hotel because we stayed at Riu in other locations and was very pleased. This experience tells me that I now have to do through due diligence prior to booking again.
