The spacious living area has comfortable seating and dining space, leading on to a separate fully fitted kitchen. There is also a downstairs cloakroom. Upstairs there is a Super King-size bed room and a king size bedroom both with en-suite shower rooms.

One well behaved pet is allowed with prior approval, there is a one off £30 charge
Guest can access all areas, if you are opening the double doors in the living room please respect the neighbours with regards noise

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
