「主人の家族に会いにバストロップに来ました。この周辺には何も無いです。でも、唯一の綺麗なホテルです。もしバストロップに来るならここがいいです！朝食もワッフルが自分で作れるので暖かいワッフルが食べれます！」

「The staff is wonderful! Rosalyn was especially helpful and kind! I stayed with my son who is a wheelchair user, in a regular double room (non wheelchair accessible). He was able to use the toilet/sink fine. There was no space in the room to do anything but go straight or backwards with his wheelchair, but we made it work. The beds are very high and that was issue for him. Breakfast was good with actual food (eggs, sausage, potatoes, gravy, biscuits, waffles). The dryer in the guest laundry room...

「The heater didn't work in the room and the bed had bed bugs I ended up leaving the same night due to the bedbugs being visible on the bed I didn't want to bring them back home I hope I didn't but the room smelt like bleach upon entering it was clean but had smoke stains on the walls and tub was rusted old tissue left in the room aswell as the toilet water was brown I 100% do not recommend staying here 」

「Hotel smelt like weed! When we walked into the lobby our eyes started watering. When we gotnto our room it was worse. The day after when we checked out of a non smoking room we were informed we were going put on a smoking floor and had to put up with the smell of weed.」

「安いので仕方ないですが、部屋へは外廊下でモーテルって感じです。シャワーは固定式で浴びにくかったです。Wifiがないのであると便利だと思います。部屋も狭い方だと思います。ソファーベッド付きとあったのにありませんでした。朝食は豪華ではありませんが美味しかったです。周りにはホテル数軒しかなく、大きな道を渡って少し歩いてガソリンスタンドのコンビニへ行きました。ランドリーもないのはとても不便でした。フロントのスタッフは感じ良かったです。」

「This place… where to start. We took a chance on it because some of the reviews said it wasn’t that bad but we should have listened to the reviews that said otherwise. The property in general is just old. Old stained carpet, bathrooms that haven’t been updated since early 2000s, etc. The staff were nice but we could tell they could care less about the place & their jobs. They take their smoke breaks right outside the front entrance so you’re forced to walk through smoke when entering the hotel....

「It's a historical building.The facilities are certainly old but very clean.I don't see the hotel staff until I check in and enter my room.It is sufficient to communicate everything by e-mail.The response is quick.You can also feel the functionality in the oldness.If you knew in advance that there was free water or snacks, you didn't have to go to a store and buy water.」
