The infinity pools were clean, refreshing and beautiful. The beach was very nice and quiet. I woke up early twice, to watch the sun rise over large hills. Absolutely worth it! My wife and I went with two other couples in May of 2024. I felt like we had the hotel all to our selves. It was awesome! The staff was very polite and accommodating. Next time we plan to take advantage of more complementary activities at the hotel.

We loved our stay. It was quiet and felt very exclusive. Just wished there were more food choices and more stores. The market is cute but too small. And the other stores were never open and when they were they didn’t sell much. Gelato and smoothie hut were great.

I’m still shocked at how expensive everything was on resort. They charge 5 star major city centre prices (London, my, etc) for limited amenities and variety, while taking every opportunity to overcharge you for EVERYTHING. One Scoop of kids ice cream? $4 usd… cheapest bottle of (not great) wine? $80 usd… want to play basketball for more than 30 minutes? Oh yeah, you’ll pay for that too. I’m still trying to figure out what I paid for before arriving. Every day can easily cost you $750 usd. It was nice, but it’s still the Caribbean and this place has a mediocre beach with no amenities. I wish we would have had a better experience, but totally not worth it. Would not recommend.

La propiedad es muy bonita y la vista espectacular. El check in fue tardado no obstante me dieron late check out y una comida de cortesía, por lo cual quedamos agradecidos. La ducha de mano del baño se dañó e inmediatamente lo arreglaron. La respuesta ante los inconvenientes fue correcta no obstante uno no espera esos inconvenientes en un hotel de ese precio.

The property is beautiful and the scenery is absolutely gorgeous. However that’s about all this place has. The service is incredibly slow and not attentive. If you’re big on food, the food here was not good. Everything is very expensive for the quality of food and service. You have to put the towels on your own chairs and chase waiters and call to remind of cleaning rooms often. Not even the cocktails were good and took 30-45 minutes to get a drink. We took a ferry to Nevis at the Four Seasons for dinner and it was a huge difference in service and food and drinks. There’s even a live band at night. At Park Hyatt, it’s completely dead at 9:30pm. There was no music even during the day. It would be nice to have a bar. We got engaged here on Valentine’s Day and couldn’t ask for a better view but that’s about it. The woman in the marketplace makes the best smoothies and coffees, highly recommend just going to her for those drinks. And one girl at the pool was the most attentive. Upon checking out, we requested a car to take us to the airport and they were 30 minutes late and no one knew what they were doing. The hotel is beautiful but food and service is everything.

Service is absolutely poor. Nobody around to help and when they do it’s with little to no care. Food is awful. Limited options, and half the stuff on the menu isn’t available. They make substitutions without asking. Rooms are not cleaned. Floor is dirty, my feet were black from walking around the room every day. Our sheets were never changed the whole 6 day stay. Robes were stained. Scratches on the floor. Should not be considered a five star resort.

An amazing island and amazing hotel! We can’t say enough good things about the Park Hyatt, the pool was unbelievable and the best resort pool we’ve ever enjoyed. The breakfasts were delicious, the dinners amazing and all fun ambiance’s. We loved all the complimentary water toys and the layout of the resort is perfectly imagined. However, as amazing as the resort is…nothing beats the people of St. Kitts, they were welcoming, offered fabulous service, kind and that alone is the reason we can’t wait to go back.

The aircon in my room didnt work! Got a champagne for the problem, but the problem wasnt solved, was too hot to sleep in the room. Woke up sweating! Food is below average. Facilities are great. Housekeeping great. Everyone was attentive and helpful.

It was the best landscaping! Staff were wonderful and the rooms and service were the best. I wish they had nightly live music/entertainment. It’s kinda far from the town and it would be helpful if there were bands or even karaoke nights. Otherwise I wouldn’t change a thing.. can’t wait to go back!!

The property was in great shape. They were doing some up-keeps and had scaffolding in front of one building. Our private plunge pool was.missing a couple of tiles, but that was it. Everything else was pristine.

We travel quite a bit and I have never had a better experience with employees on a resort!! Everyone there is so kind! We could stop anyone and ask anything, they all helped!!! Everyone always smiling and saying hello. There were several bellman that were awesome!! I wish I remembered one’s name he was so cool! We stood and talked to him for a while several times. Highly recommend this resort. (Dining options were slim due to off season)

The location is a little bit out of the way but well worth it if you are looking for relaxation in a beautiful oasis. Incredible service always with a smile. The views from nearly any spot at the resort are stunning. You can see absolutely gorgeous views of Nevis and the surrounding area, and it gets even better if you go out on the water in a kayak or boat. Nothing to complain about the views. The staff was MOSTLY friendly. We had spectacular and friendly interactions with just about everyone we came across, and particularly from Chantel & Glen at the Fisherman's Village, Gleniece at the Pool Bar, and Terrence at the Great House. A few people were borderline rude at the Pool Bar throughout the trip which was surprising. My wife and I go out of our way to be the least difficult patrons as possible so not sure why that happened. The pool was very clean and refreshing, and the extra sun tan lotion put out helped us from getting burnt to a crisp during our stay. We had a 6 night stay and managed not to burn once. The food and drinks, while VERY pricy, were delicious and fresh. This was probably the first Caribbean trip I've been on where my stomach was not in tatters by the end of it. The seafood was amazing everywhere we ate and there was a pretty good selection of wine and spirits. There's also a couple of restaurants nearby that are off the resort that I recommend hitting. It is both safe and easy to walk, and it's nice to mingle a bit with the locals - Reggae Beach Bar & Grill on Friday's is a must hit if you're there on that night but make sure to get reservations. I recommend the hotel overall if you can stomach the price
