"Nice, comfortable house just 15 minutes from downtown Traverse City. Only shortcoming was the dining room table. It was a large round high-top, with only 4 chairs. It would be better if there were at least 2 more chairs to accommodate all guests in one sitting, or for games."

"We had a wonderful stay! It was just a short drive outside of Traverse City in a quiet area of town. The house was clean, the kitchen had all the basics, and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub, and the kids loved the pool table. There was plenty of seating for our family to relax and watch TV. With all the snowfall, we especially appreciated the daily snowplow service and being able to park our vehicles in the garage."

"We really enjoyed staying at this beautiful property, the secluded feeling, hot tub, spacious feeling house with options for a comfy stay in or options for hanging outdoors. The host was top notch, even checking in a few times via text to see how we were enjoying the stay and to see if we needed anything! The only problem with our stay was it was not long enough yet it left us wanting to book again in the not too distant future!"

"We had a great weekend at the cottage! Clean, comfortable, and cute. Enjoyed campfires on the beach and the relaxing cottage vibe! Close to lots of great Michigan destinations: Sleeping Bear Dunes, Leland, Sutton's Bay, Skybridge, etc. Hosts were very responsive for questions before our stay and once we arrived. Would definitely stay again! "

"We had the pleasure of staying for a week at Lakeside Way in September 2025. The home was spotless, inside and out. The kitchen was fully stocked, Sean even went as far as supplying us with basic kitchen and bath needs (hand soap, dish soap, garbage bags, aluminum foil, etc.). The location of the home was fantastic! It is located at the end of a private street, off of Bass Lake, and only 15 minutes from Traverse City (the best of both worlds). The lake water is so clean that you can actually see the bottom of the lake. The host provided lots of amenities, such as a kite board, canoe, paddle board, and kayaks. We also enjoyed the in-house sauna. We are grateful that the host was kind enough to share his lovely home with us. We plan on having another family reunion next year, and we will return to Lakeside Way! "
