Pros: • Excellent location • Comfortable mattress and good pillows • Shower with strong water pressure • Mini fridge in the room • Staff was mostly friendly Cons: • Air conditioner was not working • WiFi did not work • Mold on the ceiling and in the bathrooms • Luggage storage is not secure. Bags are left in the breakfast area, untagged, while guests freely walk in and out. Staff mentioned the kitchen team monitors it, but there is no real control system in place. • No safe in the room Overall, the location and basic comfort were good, but maintenance and security issues need significant improvement. I did extend to one more night due to the location and price.

Fantastic forest setting, with amazing outdoor rooms, offering gaming rooms, sauna, gym, trails, chapel, swimming pool and breathtaking views. Rooms with fireplace, jacuzzi, varanda facing the forests, and mountain views all-around. Great restaurant and staff, who will do whatever it takes to make you feel welcome.
