Most hotel staff were excellent but some let the others down. Hotel has 2 restaurants casual and formal. Both nice and suit the occassion. Copacabana area is dirty, tired and you need to be super careful. We were advised this at check in.

Hola!! Si vas de vacaciones a Río el lugar para alojarte es “el Janeiro”. Creo que 5 estrellas es poco. Desde la atención, el servicio, la excelencia de su personal en cada una de las áreas, la mejor ubicación de todo Río y cada detalle demuestra que NADA fue liberado al azar en este hotel.
