The floors were not swept, there was no light switch in the bathroom. One light switch controlled the entire hotel room.(room 401) So if you needed to use the restroom at night, you were guaranteed to wake everyone else in the room up. If you’re just looking for a one night stay then it’s fine. You are walking distance to the beach and several restaurants.

The spa is actually across the street and not in the building, the staff are lovely! I didn’t have a wash cloth my first night but who is washing with rags anyway? Other than that, no complaints.

Great place but with a lot of stairs and no breakfast. Very clean and with all you need for a stay. Would stay again.

I had to plan a last-minute trip to visit Puerto Rico for family matters, and the staff at Tropical Beach Hotel were incredibly accommodating. Your warmth and professionalism made a stressful time so much easier. I truly appreciate everything you did for me.
