「The place everything we needed..it even had a king bed which is rare in Europe. Plenty of outdoor space to take in the view of the ocean. Peaceful and tucked away but close to many activities, shopping, and dining. Highly recommend. The only downside was that we had a.hard time finding it as the original coordinates took us to a boat tour company around the corner. However, there was someone readily available to drop us another pin.」

Der Vermieter und die Repräsentantin vor Ort, sind sehr freundlich, zuverlässig und hilfsbereit.Der Fuß-Weg an die Marina und in die Stadt ist gut zu schaffen, wenn man auch nur halbwegs fit ist. Einziger Wehmutstropfen, während unseres Aufenthaltes, war die Baustelle nebenan. Die ist ja aber nur temporär da.」

「Wir hatten das Apartment für 37 Tage im Zeitraum Oktober/November 2023 gemietet. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte problemlos via WhatsApp-Nachricht. Der Vermieter kam binnen 20 Minuten und hat uns kurz alles Wissenswerte erklärt: Schlüssel, Gas, Strom, Ausstattung, Einkaufsmarkt, Parkplatz und vieles mehr. Das Apartment befindet sich in einem großen Wohnkomplex mit geschätzt 8 großen Blocks, wobei dieses Haus das kleinste mit 12 Wohnungen war. Die Lage ist im 3. Obergeschoss. Auf dem Dachgeschoss...

「Tudo impecável, limpo e o Sr. José sempre muito atencioso.」

「Precies wat we zochten voor tot rust te komen alles bereikbaar met de gehuurde auto maar ook voldoende taxi mogelijkheden . Alvor heeft voortreffelijke restaurants met zeer goede kwaliteit voor een normale prijs. Leuke cafeetjes met livemuziek. Appartement had voldoende inventaris om 7 weken door te brengen met goede service van de eigenaresse. Volgend jaar weer naar Alvor.」

There are restaurants within short driving distance and a strip with shops, restaurants, and bars nearby. An added bonus was the ciffside restaurant a short walj away.」
