There is absolutely NO wifi and NO cell service in these rooms. The only place we could get a singular bar was in the corner of the bathroom. This massively hurt me when checking in/getting updates about my flight. The front desk just shrugged when I told them. No help at all. The toilet seat was also broken and nearly falling right off. The only benefit was it was a good sized room. Wouldn’t stay here again, though.

A bit dated bit on the whole good. Great shower. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Decent location - 10 min walk to centre

Room was clean, plenty of parking, breakfast was nice early on not as good later. Room was very hot, no air con, fan provided which moved the hot air around. Bed was comfy, sofa bed not as comfy. Bathroom was very nice and shower great. Not as close to the etihad as the description led me to believe, 3 miles not 2.

To start I was treated so bad when I didn't have any ID to check in the lady at check out was rude and advised me nothing she could do and to move away for others to check in I eventually got a photo that was excepted but as a UK citizen that doesn't drive I don't see why I needed to have id to check in I then had to give a fair amount of details which again I've booked online you have my details why do I need to provide more including nationality? When in the room air con didn't work and it was boiling no kettle for tea or coffee no tea and coffee either lol bed had a massive stain on sheets and was gross the place was also housing migrants that was smoking weed outside the entrance and nearly every time I passed them had to explain that I did not want to buy anything from them was a joke I didn't think this place was anywhere as good as a travel lodge and that's saying something might just be my experience but was great being in china town
