This hotel are very nice with sauna, clean room.

Two people stayed in the room, and although there was no space to open suitcases, the room was clean and the shower had a satisfactory amount of water. However, the sound problem remained a major issue.The noise of doors closing and opening in the corridor was very loud and if you were on the same floor as someone returning from a club or a late dinner, your sleep would be compromised. The hotel was also waking up early in the morning to loud noises of doors closing and not being able to get a good night's sleep. The sound of doors closing in all rooms is very loud. The employees of this hotel should stay there once to see how it sounds.When I complained to the female front desk staff about this, they were full of excuses and no apology. Firstly, if a complaint is made, you should apologise before making excuses. Other staff were very good. I will leave an honest comment as I would never return here.

ホテルの周りにレストランがたくさんあり、徒歩3分の所にタクシースタンドもあり、便利でした。エッフェル塔も歩いてすぐでした。 エレベーターはかなり狭いです。

We arrived in the early morning to drop our luggages, the staff was super kind to let us use the shower room at pool area for the refreshment! It’s very helpful for people who just had 10hours flight with 7hours jet leg. Thanks a lot, we’d love to stay again in the future!
